I have a question about jobs in las vegas ?

I am planning on moving to Las Vegas in the Jan 2008. I have over 7 years of experience working in a call center in customer service and collections. I am looking for similar work. I am making this move with about
3 months of savings plus I have some expenses in renting an apartment, furniture, and any other cost that may arrise. Im coming out with no job but I am hopeful that when I come out I will be able to find a job right away. Can someone who lives in vegas tell me if Im in for a struggle in finding work in that town or should I be ok. Lets put it this way, I have about $5000 in the bank and thats it…would this be a dangerous move..?

I need a new career! Please give suggestions…?

Ok so I am 32 male. From the UK living in the US.(Permanent Resident) I studied Russian at university (no longer any good at it and never graduated because sister was very ill) I played guitar for a living in a band for a few years and had a few call center jobs when I was younger (early twenties) I moved to the states (Florida) and was a furniture store manager for 3 years and spent 4 years in the car business which I want to get out of SO badly. The hours are killing me (60 a week) and I just want to do something that’s more regular 40 hours a week that pays well.
Skills
I speak fluent French, pretty good spanish (good enough to sell a car in) basic Turkish and Russian. I pick up languages very easily. I am pretty skilled in creating websites and very computer literate overall. I play guitar and sing. I am very good at sales (although I don’t think I want to work in that pressure field again not knowing where your next paycheck is coming from especially in this economy) I have a good easy going personality and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke, drink (anymore!) or do drugs. I am looking for something in the 35k + a year area. (I was making 80k in the car business til the economy took a dive) I don’t have formal qualifications in most of my skills. (I obviously have equivalent of HSD (good grades) and what I believe would be an Associates Degree here)

Any ideas? This is really serious I can’t do this anymore. I work way too many hours 1 day off a week. Virtually no vacation and we are paid like dirt now. Basically minimum wage which we have to pay back if we make commissions.
