My hotmail and World of Warcraft accounts have been hacked?

I was unable to log into WoW as my password was changed along with the “registered email address”. I was able to recover the account after I performed multiple scans from both Anti Virus and Anti Spyware software.
Looking for Trojans / Keyloggers and the results were nothing but cookies. So I reformatted my machine, updated OS and Anti virus.
Got the game running again and after some time I was disconnected from server, relogin failed. So I went to my hotmail account to find that that password has been changed as well, in addition my security question was changed to something in Chinese. It being the weekend I cannot call Blizzard and they will do very little to help me without sending email from the email address registered to the account.
I was able to get into contact with the hotmail security center staff and recovered access to my hotmail account to have the details changed while I was in it. So hotmail is gone again!
What has me dumbfounded is that even through all of the steps that I’ve taken that this can still be a current problem. You’d think that the anti virus / spyware software would pick up a keylogger/trojan, since nothing came up I reformatted.
So I suppose what I’m looking for is someone to help me make sense of this and help me find a cure. The time frame between 1st compromise and 2nd was 6 days.
I do have an authenticator ordered, it should arrive in upto 3 weeks. =/

New computer question about hardware (specs included)?

Alright, so all I will be using my computer for is to browse the internet, (Facebook, YouTube, pretty much small time browsing.) downloading music for iTunes, very minimal video editing, (Windows Movie Maker, thats all I know how to do LOL) etc. Nothing too intense EXCEPT for gaming. Now I do have an Xbox 360 for about 85% of my gaming. Keep in mind that I am a 14 year old boy, so besides school, Hanging out with friends, and girls, this is a big chunk of my life. The only computer games I will ever play is The Sims 3 and Civilization 5 based games. Any RTS. (real time strategy.) I will never buy anything like Call of Duty or Assassins Creed for my PC. So this is what I want or Christmas, a nice computer that will meet my needs. I will also tell you all that we are not rich, or anywhere near to it. I live in the United States of America, and the economy is pretty rough, I am not ashamed to say this because this is who I am. The Computer is 1200.

How do I fix my ipod?

I have an ipod nano, 2nd generation, 8 GB. My ipod’s screen is blue with white horizontal lines. Other times it is gray with white horizontal lines. And rarely the screen is normal. Even though my screen is blue or gray if I press play i can still listen to the songs. The volume works it is just that the screen isn’t working. I have tried holding menu and the center button, but that only worked once now nothing happens. Plus my ipod’s software is up to date. If I restore it will that fix it? I have a lot of songs on my ipod so how do i move them to a file on my computer, I tried but it won’t let me move the songs to a folder. How do I fix this?

P.S. I don’t want to by a new ipod and I don’t want to have open my ipod, plus I don’t want to call Apple.

I need help with my computer bad!!!?

Okay when I try to get on my computer this thing pops up saying dell support center update file cannot be found, so nothing is working. I have to run my computer in safemode with networking, it’s the only way I can get on. When I get on normal windows startup it completely freezes and you can’t do anything. Also my avg won’t work, nothing updates, it’s just a simple mess…….PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!! I did go to dell support page and tried to find the software manually but I don’t know what it would be, if you call dell you can’t understand any of the workers and they charge you $100 just to hlep you with probably a simple issue. Thanks everyone!!!!
I did try to run my system restore and that won’t run either, I think I’ve just about tried everything and I can usually fix whatever is wrong but this time I just don’t know.

RE: TWC Desktop weather.. the install is fine… but ACCEPT button won’t work, WHY!?

I recently installed latest version of Macromedia Flash… I had the free trial of TWC Max… but I cancelled the trial.. in order to completely cancel.. it told me to uninstall the program and reinstall basic. Since then when I get to the EULA to click accept… it’s like the button won’t work (non-clickable) yet it’s there… I’ve tried restarting, disabling my Comodo Firewall Plus software, disabling my Avast! free firewall… also tried to send tickets through TWC help center.. all they do is send me a new link through automated response… I don’t even have a tech support phone number to call… PLEASE HELP! I MISS TWC DESKTOP WEATHER!!!
Ok.. maybe I should re-word.. I am able to uninstall after a few errors VISTA gives me… but I am not able to reinstall.
I get to the installation section to accept the EULA and I cannot click ACCEPT to continue… it’s like the button is disabled.
HELP!!!
I received another response after directly contacting via email, and a ticket was created. I sent:

My issue is with installation of the program. When I get to the EULA, I cannot accept the EULA to continue. Prior to this, I had the Free version.. I tried the Max version, and cancelled during my trial. However… during cancellation, I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the free version. Since then I have not been able to reinstall the program. I am running windows Vista and have not had problems prior to this trial/uninstall. I’ve even tried to use the compability wizard to run as Windows XP. PLEASE HELP/AND OR GIVE ME A PHONE # TO CALL FOR TECH SUPPORT ASSISTANCE, as your ticket system does not work/help, all I have been getting is automatic replies almost immediately with a new download link… the download is not my problem.

Update: I was now able to download the application and accept the EULA.

However now I am experiencing the “BLANK BLUE SCREEN”

On the ticket submission screen it says:

Blackberry Curve still sleeping (OS wiped)?

Ok. I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 and it crashed about a week ago. After help from the wonderful geniuses on here, I have determined that my problem is the OS has been wiped (I’m absolutely positive that this is the problem) I know I need a new operating system and I know how to reinstall it. My problem is that I have NO IDEA where to download it. I go to the blackberry support center at https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22 to download the software, there is a drop down menu which has several possible selections but I don’t know which one to choose.

My carrier is Verizon
The device is a Blackberry Curve 8330
If you need any other facts or numbers please let me know.
The first person to help me get this BB up and running will get a best answer & 5 stars from me.
THANK YOU (p.s. please don’t suggest that I call Verizon, they have the most inadequate technicians I have ever dealt with, all they know how to do is tell me how to check for water damage on the phone they know nothing else.)
I am NOT looking for the desktop software, I already have it installed on my computer. I need the operating system that Verizon uses for their Blackberry Curve 8330, because I need to completely reinstall the OPERATING SYSTEM not the desktop software.

What should i do? Please, Please Help!?

I owned an LG glimmer and the screen broke… I sent it out for repair on warranty, and was told it would be a 4 week wait. I waited 4 weeks and checked in with my provider (U.S. cellular) what is the deal with my phone. They told me LG repair center is out of parts for my phone and it will be another 4 week wait… I said okay, however i continued to call several times a week and ask for someone to update me on the status of my phone, or find somebody in u.s. cellular higher ranking than them, who could… each time i was told that it’s not possible to see what’s up with my phone and that i would have to wait it out… after 8 weeks went by, my phone was still not back and when i called 2 months and 4 days since june first, i was told the same thing “they r out of parts, nothing we can do” i went to a different U.S. cellular location, and an associate was able to give me the answers almost immediately, after he made a few calls he told me that my phone was repair back in June and that it was sent out to the wrong location, somewhere in Washington D.C. ( I’m from Wisconsin!!! wtf???) and that the tracking number on the phone is invalid, so it is basically lost. I was outraged that the other U.S. cellular place pretty much refused to help me for 2 months and a regular associate did it in minutes at another location. So after lots of arguing and fighting with the U.S. Cellular and LG, both companies are still pointing fingers at each other, and after over a 2 month wait, the only offer i’m given is a “refurbished phone”. I don’t think that is fair, specially since that phone will die in a month. I was so tired and exhausted that i agreed to a refurbished phone, which showed major software issues as they were hooking it up… so now i’m back to being stuck with a loaner phone and the only offer i’m given is still yet another refurbished phone (which might die soon as i walk out of the store)… I believe i’m entitled to a compensation from both companies for the RIDICULOUS wait, for the stress they’ve caused me, and for the lack of knowledge/cooperation by their employees. can someone please tell me what i could do to work out a deal with them? PLEASE point me in the right direction.
I’m demanding a new phone, so I think the reasonable solution would be me paying a $40 deductible for insurance for a lost phone, LG covering the $100 difference between my lost phone and the only other LG touchescreen (LG Triton) they have available at U.S. cellular and U.S. cellular giving me free internet ( that phone can only be hooked up with internet otherwise i wouldn’t even want internet) and keeping the cost of my contract the same….. doesn’t that sound like a reasonable solution? LG spends $100 to cover the difference, insurance pays over 300 for the rest of the phone, and U.S. cellular simply makes up for the bullcrap treatment that i got…..
