How can a disabled person that can drive, but can’t stand long get a desk Job after not working for 15 years?

I have a 2 year degree in Business, I was a certified medical coder, CMC, that expired. I have a current CMIS, Certified Medical Insurance Specialist, which it higher then CMC, so I can still do medical coding. I had classes in compusystems medical software. Volunteered for almost 2 years at a hospital business desk. I can type some but not great maybe 20 to 25 wpm. I am willing to work in medical records, Doctor’s Offices, Hospitals, and even call centers. I am willing to do Telemarketing. I have had no luck in good times or bad, and I’m Obease. I am working with Voc rehab, with no luck. If anyone has any Ideas, or job leads for any jobs that would not require me to be on my feet for long, I am also open for new job ideas I have not thought of. I want to get off of disability someday, and be self sufficient.
I am in upstate of South Carolina. Please let me know.
Sincerely
Clark

How can I exit “Flight Mode” after updating software in Nokia 5300???

Recently I updated software of my Nokia 5300 with “Nokia Software Updater”, but “Flight mode” (which switches all outgoing and incoming signals off, including bluetooth) was accidentally on. After completing update, my handset doesn’t show no signs of operator network signals (antenna sign), so I’m not able to make/accept calls anymore. Please advice, how can I fix this problem (by myself if possible, ‘cuz in my country (Uzbekistan) there isn’t any Nokia official Care centers).
Switching on/off the phone, changing general/flight profiles, replacing simcard, master reset, re-updating doesn’t help.
