Once you get tagged as awol while working at a call center can you still find a job at another call center?

While working for a call center, I suddenly had to be absent for an extended period. Let’s just say that things got complicated and I’ve been absent for a month. My question is can I still find a job another call center here in the philippines?

I have another trojan. Security Center? Rogue installer?

Okay, I woke up this morning only to find, my PC has become infected by bogus AV software. I wondered how this could happen, so I browsed into my documents. Sure enough, I find a new file called “video codec”. Generic name. . . ugh.

So, I scanned it with Malwarebytes, and, tada! It’s a rogue installer.

It install “Security Center” on my machine.

How do I get rid of it?

I’m running a full scan with AVG, and when that completes, I’ll use Malwarebytes and Spybot – Search and Destroy.
And, David, just because Malwarebytes found a rogue installer that installed a completely different program, it does not mean Malwarebytes will get rid of it.

There have been confirmed reports of Malwarebytes failing to remove certain trojans.

I’m being cautious.

Another networking brainbuster!?

A Scientific software co is expanding operations and has purchased an office building made of brick, three floors constructed in 1940 with original heat system and central air installed in 1970. It housed several tenents which restructured each floor different so cabling on each is different.and not connected as a whole in the building. Telephone and and data lines for floors 1 and 2 ,they also left connection panels and wall jacks but took all else. 1st floor has UTP cat5 and was an acct office. 2nd has Cat3 and was a telemrkt firm with cubicles and 3rd was a design firm and has multimode fiberoptic. The co wants Sales dept with mobile salespersons with laptops, a call center and an R&D dept with high security (competitors) and high speed in each respective floor. Of these three Depts, where would you have the location (floor) of each and why? Assuming all three floors were to be connected together using a backbone 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet, Where should the server with the main database of cliente info be placed? First, second or third floors? The backbone itself? Explain..

Has anyone ever received a telemarketing call in another language?

Not too long ago, I received a telemarketing call in Spanish. The funny thing is that the call was in Spanish and I am the only one in my family who can speak the language. Has anyone else received a telemarketing call in another language?

How can I convert a 3PG file into a WAV files or another movie file using a free software download?

I recorded some videos using my cell phone but when I send them through email, they are in 3pg file format. I am trying to view the videos with Windows Media Center and they won’t play because the file is not supported by the program. Also I am trying to add it into Powerpoint, so I think I need to convert it into another movie file. How can I do this. Any free dowloads that can help me do this? I heard of a program called SUPER but it looks so confusing, and was very difficult to download. I need something simple and quick. Help!
