Business Process Outsourcing is a trend nowadays. It benefits the owners of the company as much as it benefits the third world countries. But how does the people behind this copes with the industry?

One of the industries that is obviously in the limelight today, is the Business Process Outsource. Here in the Philippines, offshore investors sees our country as a money machine in the making. Having this, companies would pay much smaller salaries to the workers in third world countries while achieving sky high profit. But, not only does these multi-million earners benefit from this but also the people who find their comfortable spots receiving and taking calls outside the country.

But does the BPO always gives benefits? Are there complains from the not-so-wealthy countries?

Working at Call Centers is really a privilege. At first glance, it would pay you large sum of money by simply talking with foreigners and facing the desktop. An employee working as an agent is located at a fully air-conditioned room provided with hi-tech gadgets that they need. Almost everyone can get this benefit because a lot of Call Centers do not require a college graduate employee. If someone is really good in American English and has the knowledge of using the computer, then most likely, he will be hired.

However, a lot of Call Center employees are complaining about some problems that they encounter working at night shift. Of course if it is daytime in U.S., India and Philippines are experiencing night. It is hard for the employees to adjust with this schedule, especially if they are doing this in shifting. But the outsource employees cannot do anything because they cannot force foreign clients to get up in bed in the middle of the night just to listen with the telemarketers spills. Nevertheless, they try their best to sleep in a busy day to be able to work at night. Others who became anemic and grew the immune system weak opted to resign and look for jobs that offers nice schedules.

Another difficulty in working at BPO is that nobody can enjoy the much awaited holidays. Some of the employees are happy with this case but others are not. Most of the Indians and Filipinos are attached with their families and wanted to be with them, especially in these special occasions. But Call Centers forbid this. At first, it is painful for the employees but eventually they get used to this and become enthusiast to work for extra salary.

Xp Protection Center is Another Rogue Cloning Windows Xp

Itâ??s become one of the oldest tricks in the book.  Rogue security programs like XP Protection Center have become rather fond of pretending to be a part of the Windows OS.  Itâ??s time to set the record straight.

XP Protection Center, despite its deceptive skin, bears no real resemblance to the actual XP Security Center.  Even if it was an actual protection program, XP Protection Center just doesnâ??t act like the real thing.

First of all, the XP Security Center only monitors certain security features on your computer.  It lets you know that your Firewall, Automatic Updates and Antivirus Program are running and working correctly.  Unlike XP Protection Center, it does not tell you whether or not youâ??re infected.

Actually, XP Protection Center only tells you that youâ??re infected once it infects you itself.  This whole process goes further, far beyond the scope of the real XP Security Center.  The real thing is preinstalled on your computer, and you donâ??t have to pay for updates or upgrades.  You may never see it unless you open it in the Control Panel.

With XP Protection Center, however, it pops up once youâ??re infected.  It does a scan, telling you that your temporary files are infected.  In reality, your temporary files are almost never infected.  Theyâ??re only your Internet browsing history.

Then XP Protection Center tells you that you need to buy the upgrade to kill your infection.  You would never see this with the real Security Center.  Of course, if you buy it, you open up a whole different can of worms.

If you buy the XP Protection Center â??upgrade,â? you get a junk program for an insane amount of money.  Not only that, but you might have more problems with your credit account.  It has been known to happen that whoever is running this program can take every cent out of credit accounts.  Unfortunately, they canâ??t be touched by the United States legal system.

You may also notice that the XP Protection Center web page isnâ??t on the Windows website.  If you werenâ??t suspicious about it before, this should really clue you in.  With Windows products, you will only go to the Windows page.

The biggest difference between the XP Protection Center and the real Security Center is that the first is a bundle of spyware, while the second is a monitoring program thatâ??s part of the Windows OS.  The scanning pop up is an old spyware trick, as is the browser redirection.  These are all delivered by a Trojan Downloader spyware program called Zlob.

Also, you only get the real XP Security Center as part of your Windows XP Operating System package.  You can only get XP Protection Center from infected websites and corrupt downloads.  Thereâ??s a world of difference in that alone.

Before you even see the fateful pop up screen, you should get a real antispyware program.  It should be complete with removal and prevention.  Even better, try looking for a 100% removal guarantee, since not all antispyware programs are the same.

Americans please answer another question on globalism?

My previous quest was US outsourcing their jobs in India..Many said they are working for low wages.But many dont know that the jobs which has been outsourced to India is a very good paying jobs not only US but UK,Canada And Australia have outsourced their jobs in India.And all the people working in call centres are Graduates so no point of saying they are Illiterate.After speaking to lots of Americans i think many dont know that when day starts in US its night time in India and people call from the Est time to Pst time zone.So no point the Americans are goin in loss in fact America is making more money what it used to make before.What if any company offers you 4000 dollars for just sitting on calls would you except it or deny it? its the same the call centre jobs pay very high salary and many Americans and people from other countries work in India.With a 7 star hotel Ambience. So the point is Americans should see that their govt is making a rght decision .An INdians r not stealing jobs
