AT&T Credit Management Center email or direct telephone without automated menus?

Would anyone have an email address or direct phone number for the AT&T Credit Management Center that doesn’t have an automated menu? In other words all you do is press 0 and you get a live person to talk to. Reason i am asking is they have been calling me and my roommate nonstop and it’s become harrassing and tedious for the both of us. I want these phone calls to stop but requesting that they please not call back isn’t doing the trick and all they do is continue to harrass both my roommate and myself with calls. Hell they won’t even be respectful to my roommate when he tells them that he will pay the late bill as soon as is feasibly possible. The basically say to him you’ll put the check in the mail today without even being understanding or working with my roommate! I would really like these calls to stop any help or assistance would be appreciated

anyone know the address to call center for At&t in louisville,ky is?

I have been looking for job out in ky.. I heard about the new call center for AT&T .. I want to apply but they just have internet applications online…it doesn’t tell you where the building actually is located. Does any one out there know what the address is? I have looked online and researched it.. but nothing comes up.. only the site for it..attjobs .com something like that.. I would rather go into the place and apply in person… I’m separated from my husband and he was very abusive so I am just trying to do my best to take care of my kids and I with out going back to him.. I need a job to pay for the motel I am currently staying in.. I sent my kids to stay with their biological father (my current husband was not the father of my kids.) until I get back on my feet.. I have applied to many places.. and I have worked for an AT&T company before I met my current husband. So if I just knew where the place was at then I think I could apply and talk to management about a job..
I have googled it…That is why I am asking if anyone knows… maybe someone that works there..should know.. like i said I have researeched it online.. nothing…at all comes up with the actual address.. louis vile is a big city.. I can’t be driving all around loking for it.. that would take me for ever.
I need adres for the call center not the stores.. if you call those numbers they just ask they are just cell phone stores.. and all you get is an answering service

Homemaker – How to explain employment gaps on job resume? (AT&T Call center)?

I’ve been a “homemaker” (no children, engaged – not yet married) for the past 8 years, and I am 27 years old. Before which, I held a job at a restaurant for a couple of months when I was 19. Since, I have worked occasionally – worked for a research company call center in 2003 for a month or so, until relocating across the country. Then, in 2006 I had a temporary position at Walmart on a remodel crew for 2 months. And, worked for a convenience store as a cashier for 2 months. In between, i’ve been a “Homemaker” and did occasional housecleaning and childcare work (self employed, didn’t make enough to file taxes).

Will my lack of steady employment create a problem as far as obtaining employment?

I have applied with AT&T/Cingular wireless, for the Customer Service/Call center position. I have an appointment this week to do a formal application, and hoping to get an interview. I would like to bring a resume with me, but am not sure how to explain my lapse in employment?

AT&T call center interview HELP?

I just got called back for an interview for an AT&T Call Center “Customer Service Rep 1″, and I am extremely nervous, I really want the job, has great pay and awesome benefits, and it looks like a great place to work, I went in for the simulation test, and the job presentation and submitted an official application las thursday June 26.
I called this morning, to ask the status and left a message, and I got a call back at around 3, and I have the interview tomorrow morning at 11:00AM, I am very nervous, I really want/need the job.

What kind of questions should I expect?
What should I ask if they ask if I have any questions?
I have a couple of friends who were hired there and they say its easy, and that they will hire anyone that is bilingual, but I am not believing it, Any help/tips would be appreciated it.

at&t call centers- customer service rep?

i applied for at customer service rep job at an at&t call center; had the first interview/tests, went very well- had the second interview and that went very well also; i was told the training classes would start on novermber 9th, and that i would hear something before then to do the official job offer and drug test- but it’s the 20th of october and i still have not recieved a call- has anyone else had a problem with getting a call back? and do you think i should try to email the interviewer about the status of hiring?
