What are some of the best widgets out there for use in a business blog?
I’m looking for some gadgets/widgets/tools that I can add to my blog.
They would have to be useful to my audience – call center managers, supervisors, customer service agents, etc.
Right now I mainly use RSS feeds and the elements offered by Blogger.
