The high demand in business operations has lead to many entrepreneurs opting for what the industry refer as call center outsourcing.

 

Call center outsourcing is defined as a business solution that enables business companies to hire third-party service providers or also known as call centers to provide them with communication services. It is a practice of sub-contracting call centers to function in customer and support matters of a given company. Call center companies offer a variety of services that are expected to suffice the business needs of their clients.

 

Many entrepreneurs are overwhelmed by the long list of call center companies in the country. This has made their quest for the right call center difficult and daunting. That is why many business experts recommend these three factors to be considered by entrepreneurs when hiring a call center company.

 

Rates: Service rates are always a factor in choosing the right call center. Because there’s a long list of call centers in the country, competition will surely make their rates differ. However, the competition can assure you that these call centers are striving hard to provide good quality of service. Experience: Experience is always a key in every business industry. Business experts believe that entrepreneurs need to choose a call center that hires competent customer representatives. They should be armed with communication skills, fluency, and patience in dealing with their callers.

Why do companies have their call centers in India?

Please not bother calling me a racist but I wonder why they do that.

Plus why do you have to battle with them to find out if the problem is on their end and not yours? For example a symantec server.

why are american companies staffing their call centers in developing nations?

we have to give them passwords, and they can access all of our personal information, and indentity theft is rampant, alot of it is done by people that dont reside in the US. seriously, are we nuts for allowing itg to get like this? we’re like fish in a barrel. come on now.
besides indentity theft, are we as customer base, not good enough to work for them? is our need to live a nd be happy a problem for them, maybe we should think about that before we buy anything.
