With so much brand dilution in the past few years — there’s been the Adamo XPS and the Studio XPS — the products have noticeably strayed from providing the rock solid gaming and multimedia experience they were once known for. There’s a reason XPS stands for Xtreme Performance System, right …

Have you had any experiences with Dell computer support you can share????

My brand new computer that is 4 months old crashed last Friday. It is under warrenty untill 2009. I have had to talk to their support center (which is outsourced to India) all week for hours on end and I will never buy another Dell. I can’t understand half of what the guys say because their accent is so thick and they have wasted hours of my valuable time. Now they say they will send someone to my home to replace the hard drive but this has taken all week. Is there a dell support person I can talk to that speaks english and is in the us???? Why couldn’t they just mail me a new tower when I called last Friday. I would have had it by now. This has been so frustrating. I will scream if I have to talk to those Indian guys one more time

Dell Network Assistant Problem?

I got a new PC for Christmas. It’s a Dell Dimension E520 and it has Windows XP Media Centre Edition. I have a program called Dell Network Assistant which came preloaded on the PC. I have a Wireless Network running through my house and it worked fine on my old PC. But ever since I got my new one, it’s been going on and off and my Dell Network Assistant constantly says its disconnected when it’s not. Anybody have any solution?
