Im working at a call center and i have a computer that cant install a usb device, why is that?
At first, im not the admin for this computer but i found a way to be the admin because i have a friend at the IT department that has an administrator account and log his username and pass and made my account admin.
when i tried inserting my mp3 player, windows detected it and started installing the new device but can’t find the proper software for it.
this is odd because i know that windows XP instantly installs drivers for this kind of this devices. In my computer and some other computer here in the office works fine with my mp3.
I was wondering because of my restrictions but I am already an admin but still can’t use my mp3.
what should i do?
