AT&T Credit Management Center email or direct telephone without automated menus?

Would anyone have an email address or direct phone number for the AT&T Credit Management Center that doesn’t have an automated menu? In other words all you do is press 0 and you get a live person to talk to. Reason i am asking is they have been calling me and my roommate nonstop and it’s become harrassing and tedious for the both of us. I want these phone calls to stop but requesting that they please not call back isn’t doing the trick and all they do is continue to harrass both my roommate and myself with calls. Hell they won’t even be respectful to my roommate when he tells them that he will pay the late bill as soon as is feasibly possible. The basically say to him you’ll put the check in the mail today without even being understanding or working with my roommate! I would really like these calls to stop any help or assistance would be appreciated

How can i contact all the call centers in cebu philippines by phone or email?

I visited the website of the different call centers in cebu like people support, convergys, support save etc… but i cant find their contact number or email. Only the phone number of people support i got…does anybody knows? please help…thanks!
