• $400 million for the Centers for Disease Control to screen and prevent STD’s.

How do you feel about all customer sirvice call centers in India and other non English speaking countries.?

Most of the time I cannot understand a word they are saying so I hang up and find another way of fixing my problem. I also get irritated with the constant pushing of warranties and insurance. I can’t get a word in edgewise when they start reading off a card. Good Customer Service is a thing of the past.

where can i Find legal advise to make a complaint i feel like me rights as a customer have been violated?

i bought this furniture from this company in hanford, ca. i bought under credit in march 6 of this year, and the problem know is that they are charging me now for somethind i haven’t got yet. i bought my whole bedroom set, and a kid’s bunk bed and a entertainmet center. the firts time they delivered my furniture, is was a messed and i took some pictured of how destroid the furniture was so i went back and complaint. they only chage my bedroom set and the bunk beds and told me that they had already order another entertainment center couse they saw how the one they had delivered me was. i got all this stuff no payments and interest until 2010. know this people is chaging for all this furniture and i still haven’t got all my furniture. i’m missing a entertainment center.i do not know what to do . my brother told me called “better business bareu” to see what they could for me. is this true? can somebody help and give me phone number where i can called. Please! Thank You.

I get rejected coz they feel I am over qualified?

Ok the thing is I worked for a software firm in india and recently got sacked.The software firm is quite reknowned and I am an Enginering graduate.Because of this recession I am not able to get proper job.So i thought of taking up the call centre job and do my MBA along with it.
Now I gave 2 call center interviews .In both interviews I was asked why u want to join call centre after having software expirience. when I said about MBA they rejected me.They pay good and i feel its a good job to do along with MBA studies since software jobs aren,t available..
ok what shud i answer them for my next call center interview for the same question

Do you feel differently about a company if you suspect their call center services are offshored?

To put it specifcally, do you think less of a company if you suspect, or outright know if a company’s call center services are offshored, or located outside the U.S.? Sorry to be U.S. centric, but that’s the answers that I would like. Do you feel less inclined to do business with the company if you discover this? Do you feel like the company cares less about customer service?

How much do you make hourly in a call center? Do you feel as though your salary is worth it?

I work in a call center and I feel like with a college degree, I should be making more even if it is a call center job.

How do you feel about american based companies who hire outside the country for call centers?

for example charter communication only does buiness in the united states, or should I say only offers charter service in the states. But yet they are hiring people in mexico to take calls.

There are americans who do not have jobs and looking, but yet american companies are opening call centers in other countries because it is cheaper.

Charter is finding out having call centers in mexico is not working as planned, so they want to move the call centers back to the united states.. does this mean the mexicans who work in those call centers will come to the united states.
