Are these good gaming specs, is it a good price?

First off I’d like to say everyone who ‘nerds out’ these questions while saying “You need to spend £1200″ to get a gaming pc can go away since I know that is not true. Sorry for the rough start.

What will I use my PC for? Editing videos using sony vegas, dreamweaver, fireworks and photoshop. I will be using it for programming as well and most importantly gaming (Counter strike, Warrock, Call of duty, Starcraft, Civilisation, mincecraft, battlefield, homefront, rift and probably a few more).
