why do we have more call centers in india & not in mexico?

shouldn’t we have call centers in mexico, where we have spanish speaking people, for spanish speaking people.

I work in a software company as a System Administrator.

Our lease line was down. I called VSNL Corporate centre they said “Whole India is facing this problem. There can be a big issue. Connectivity is not assured today. They are working hard to find out the reason but hasn’t found yet”

Do people who work at call centers in India really make a substantial living?

I wonder because whenever I need to contact someone for a product or service it seems that they must be in India! I get some language barriers and it drives me crazy and I have trouble understanding some of the people who are taking my calls! (No offense to people in India, it’s an outsourcing problem our nation has developed…)

Where can i find call centers looking for an outbound process? Probably in India?

I know its very hard for outbound call centers to get a good process in which they get paid on time, most of them just get sucked by the clients in US. I got a very good mortgage lead generation process and was just wondering where can i find call centers who want to start my process. I can pay them on weekly basis and in couple of months i can start paying in advance so can you suggest me some call centers you think would be interested in starting this process. I want to start this with small companies like 10-20 seaters because as we know “slow and steady wins the race”

Can I use a call centre in India?

I am planning to start a taxi and private hire business in the UK.
To save money on wages I am thinking of using call centres outside of the UK. If I did this would I also avoid having to have the PCO and local authority operators licenses which are required for private hire call centres located in London and elsewhere in the UK.
Are there any laws that can prevent me from doing this or any other licenses, etc?
