just ordered a dell desktop have a question?

so i just ordered a dell studio xps 8100 desktop by phone. i told the person that took my call what i specifically wanted because i customized it on their website then called to tell them what i chose.

but i went to check my order after i placed it on there tracking section and it showed the following.

it shows what i ordered, more then half is what i asked for. but the rest are extras things the person on the phone never mentioned. like the DELL-DOWNLOAD-FLAG. is everything on that list standard and is suppose to come with the dell xps 8100 desktop?

I just got a new job working at a Call Center. Does anyone have any serious tips or advice?

Ive never done Call Center work before, I’ll be making outcalls and verifying data.

Cycle rickshaws now just a phone call away in Fazilka

In line with the ‘call-a-cab’ concept, an association has made eco-friendly cycle rickshaw available on a phone call in Fazilka, a town in Punjab. Initiated by the Graduates Welfare Association of former IITians, the innovative concept has been put into practice by setting up Ecocab Call Centres in the town. There are about 500 rickshaw-pullers in Fazilka and their union is cooperating in the implementation of the scheme.
