file i386\biosinfo.inf – could not be loaded?
i’m trying to do fresh install of Windows XP media center and getting this message above. I did reformat hardrive and still getting same message. Originally my laptop came with this software but something happened and i need to reinstall it.
Also call Dell tech support and they send me new software but i’m getting nowhere. Maybe the software on this disk is corrupted . Anyone please ?????

Has anyone loaded the newer Dell Support center to replace the old Dell Support?
I have a Dell laptop..which is a couple of yrs old. I have had the Dell support Softeware to use if needed….tho thank goodness I havent needed it…But now The pop up tells me To continue to recieve this support option I need to load the newer Software which is Called Dell Support CENTER….has anyone out there had any issues with this? Or should I just continuue onward without it. I do not want to load something that might cause alot of issues
