please suggest me something….i am mentally upset?

i have finished my computer engineering with a good percentage…now i am an engineer. all of my friends have got a job in a software company…eventhough i tried my best, i only got a job in a bpo(advanced type of a call centre)… i am getting a slight less salary than them…i am really worried and dont wanna go to a BPO. I can spend any money for my higher studies too…pls help…i am depressed..

I am 21 years old. I’m currently a nursing student taking my prerequisites and approaching a very tidious nursing program a year from now . I have a problem and that is, most of the times I can’t concentrate on my studies. One of the reason I have so many interest that I really need besides my studies. First is financial and economic matters specially dealing with Investments like the stock market, mutual funds etc. My plan is to have all the knowledge (doing self studies) that I can possibly have, and when I graduate nursing school and make some good money then I’m ready to plunge myself in our complex and dynamic financial world of Investing while I’m young and also in order to maximize the magic of “Compounding Interest”. I really believe that the earlier you start investing the greater the return of invest ments. So pretty much while working as a nurse I’m also a sophisticated investor. Second is I’m working as a call center agent answering questions regarding all the electronic technology stuffs. Everything about computer,gps,radio,HDTV,software,mp3,cam… so pretty much every consumer electronics in the market. I love technology & I’m also a pretty savvy one with this stuff and actually I NEED to be savvy to answer all my customer’s questions. I’m also an advanced magician but I slow down because I can’t really benefit from it financially. I believe that to be a real master in anything you have to take it seriously and pretty much like an obsession. I study many successful people and they have a common denominator and that is they are passionate on what they do, they’re doing it Morning, afternoon and night everyday. I’m doing this right now but I’m really having a had time balancing all the stuff. PLEASE HELP ME. i don’t want to fail my nursing studies. I will appreciate all your answers, thank you

I am doing job as a data entry assistant , now, I have to submit my job responsibility.

‘Here I perform as a Data Entry Assistant, all data entry assistant works both the call and data center, Data center also hold an another center called certificate.

The work flow start from the call center. Here is three position for call centre. Three data entry assistant work in call centre for a certain period. The call center works for the sub offices. The call centre start its work at sharp 8 am and work end at 4 30 pm. Here we can get break , first for 5/10 called health break and 30 min to take lunch. Call centre is responsible for all type of booking. Here, as a call centre operator I have to receive several call from different location. I have to successfully put applicants info to the global software, if any applicant missed to come on the due date we have to manage a suitable date for him. Call centre also do an another job called arrange test procedure for the appeal allowed person. If any particular visa type prospond, call centre ,through the message to the applicants. In the same way if any new visa type starts , call centre through the message to the applicant. Call centre is a info bank, all latest info and updates is available here. I have to take some primary info from the applicant to insure that are the right person for the test. After confirming the date call center give some mandatory advices to the valuable applicants. Sometime, I have to take info from the applicants and convey it to the higher authority (such as – bad weather, violence in a specific area etc)
In between 4:30 we have to compile and sent the total applicant report for the three sub office . if any error found , call centre try to fix it as soon as that is possible. If any applicant forget the time to take his certificate, we also them hi know the right time. and sometime give applicant gentle reminder to take his certificate.
As a call center operator I have to keep myself up-to-date because call centre is a bridge between the applicant and the organization.

After taking the applicant report the Admin take money and give us the files to process.
Here, I start my work as a data entry assistant. As a data entry assistant I have to cross check all the information with the passport and the written paper , given by the applicant. If I found any problem, I have the access to talk with the admin and migration officer.
I have to put all the necessary info in the global software with great attention. After completing the info on the global software ,I have to take print and put my own signature.
Now, its time to check the info with the applicant. If the applicant found all info sound , my further action is to collect his consent. If the applicant is below 18, I have take his legal guardian approval. If the applicant is pregnant I have to take her consent rather she is ready to do the chest x-ray or not. After taking the consent, I have to put seal on it and the admin sent it for x-ray or further steps.

# 2 data entry assistant is appointed to serve the certificate . The certificate distribution time is started from 3. it’s an one hour distribution time. Here I have to check the original passport and identify the actual applicant. After quick verifying I have to take several signature from the applicant. If there is any abnormal chest x-ray or other report , I have to give a short description to the applicant. If he is not satisfied, we have to refer it to migration physician.

Both the call and data centre works together. All the data entry assistant works on the 2 department as roster wise.

In addition, sometime we have to go to the x-ray to identify the real applicant are in the place. Sometime we have to work as a Admin backup or IT backup. It depends upon the selection of the senior management. At a glance, I can say , I have to perform my work with great attention. Our job design is well balanced so there is no scope to pending anything for the next day. ‘

I can’t controll my mother.. shes schezophrenic:( Is long. Please Read:)?

MY mom WAS detected with schezophrenic when I was a like 9 or 10 years old, I’m 19 right know and I’m th oldest of all three sisters, their 18 and 17 but okay let me tell you a bit. When I was in 9th grade in highschool she started to hit us, to yell at us, invent stories about us, Throw our furniture,and she would start talking by herself, and hear voices,she called her family and told them ugly mean things.and the list can go on. That was when I was 14 and I had to call the police when she was sleeping so they could take her away, they did and she stayed in a phychiatric center after that she went to a foster home because we lost our apartment and we went to live with our dad in mexico.Know today that I’m 19 she has relapse this year 2 times,and has been taken to the hospital, after the first time the police took her to the hospital she came to the apt,and she seemed fine, than after 1 month the police came again and took her to the same hospital, know she is here with me, I thought she was fine because she said a nurse comes to the house and gives her the medice, but shes lying to me, I can tell. I don’t know what to do, I’m in college full time,and I work Partime, one of my sisters too, and the other is in high school taking after school wrestling and basketball,so we can’t really be with her all the time. I love my mom and I don’t want her this way. Also she has been calling to her mom which she says her family don’t love her, but they do. And she has been telling ugly crazy things by phone, she goes outside and starts making crazy calls. What DO I do? I sometimes cry of desperation:(. Because I lover her, If I were other daughter I could’ve just go away with all this and start living by my own, but I’m not like that. Thanks. Sorry if is long.
