How do I get an American representative when calling Sallie Mae?
Everytime I call Sallie Mae I am send offshore to a foreign call center. These individuals try to help my needs and fail, wasting 20 minutes of my time, and then patch me through to a call center in America. Once connected with the US call center, the problem is quickly resoved and life is good again.
