got a trogan think personal info is at risk?

At first it was causing firefox to take up alot of my cpu making my computer slow down. So i uninstalled it. Later when i tried to reinstall it with ie7 a message came up telling me my computer is infected and asking me to download this software called malwarealarm. So i decide to download it but right as im about to save the file i decide to look it up on google where i find out that its actually a virus. I stop the download and unplug my router. When i try to go back on the internet it asks me if i want to download this other virus software called bestsellerantivirus but i decline that too. finally the third time i login this security center warning thing comes up (after which i unplug my router) and it sends me to this site saying that someone has obtained my credit card numbers and social security numbers from a remote terminal and it displayed some of the info. im not sure if the info displayed was right or not so it could be a fake message but what sould i do??
im not as much concerned about the virus itself than the info that might have been taken. i mean is there any way to tell if it was it really taken or if it was it just another fake message from the virus? this thing is really starting to scare me. i mean should i be calling my bank right now? thanks a lot for your help guys
