As a result he ends up trapped in an insidious call centre doing someone’s bidding. He operates from a cubicle and this ignites the struggle with his conscience to do the right thing. Is he a modern day coolie or a global young executive destined for success? Alibaba and the Forty Sales focusses on the issues of outsourcing and is a modern satirical spin of an old fable in this globalised world. An independent film made by Aliakbar Campwala, a University of Bedfordshire Media production graduate. The film also stars Vipin Sharma who was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in The Screen Awards of India this year for his film Taare Zameen Par.
