Personal Automotive Solution for a disability.?

Hi,
I have a medical disability which limits me to very short distances. Approximately 1 to 2 city blocks. I am a university student at the university of Illinois at Chicago and I am registered with their disability resource center. My current problem is that 3 classes are borderline to far for me to be able to travel. If I travel (using any physical exercise) past my physical limit I experience heavy fatigue and dizziness which causes me to struggle paying attention in class and makes it hard to be able to write and participate in daily academic tasks. So to help solve my problem the my disability accommodations are as follows:

1. No penalization for being late to class or having an absence due to my medical condition, doctor’s appointment or similar.

This solution is the biggest help to me, but I really do not want to miss classes because my classes are important for my career.

2. Scheduled road based shuttle service and on call shuttle service necessary to call 1 hour in advance.

Unfortunately my classes are not accessible by the street based shuttle and it cannot provide any help getting me to the classes I need.

3. The resource center is trying to relocate one of the classes to a closer location but there is a possibility they will not be able to do that. I am in the progress of hearing back from them.

I am a computer science engineer, specializing in software development. I am very Technical and and have secured a full time position with Microsoft 1.5 years from this day. I am mentioning this to help any answers to be as detailed and technical as possible.

The best solution for me is to eliminate my fatigue issues. Please do not advise me to seek medicine or supplements as I am currently pursuing all help as possible for my condition.

The best option I can think of is having an electric motorized vehicle which can get me between classes which is as discreet as possible. I do not want a big sign over my head saying hey look I am disabled. Possible options I found:

1. Electric bicycle
Very big and bulky, the path from the classes have no designated bike path and it becomes a to crowed for any bike to navigate without getting any benefit.
2. Skateboard
Small but still presents a navigation problem and it requires me to use physical energy which is not a good thing.
3. Electric scooter
Seems perfect but there is still navigation issues.

In order to use any of these options it would require me to take a longer way to avoid any crowds which may be a problem because I have 10 minutes to get between classrooms.

So if any techie’s have some ideas or advice I would truly appreciate it thank you for your help.
