Do I need a database or something a little more in depth?

I am in need of a way to access my large amounts of resources for our outpatient chemical dependency treatment center. I was thinking I might need to make a database so that when the guys call or come in looking for, lets say a halfway house for example, I can type “halfway house” into a field and it will pull up all the halfway houses I have inputted into the database. And I would like to be able to narrow the search down by county and what sort of funding they take, things like that. Maybe I don’t even need a “database” I’m not really sure. So if someone could let me know if there is a free online resource or even software for my needs, it would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there something wrong with me? please help!?

I am 21 years old. I’m currently a nursing student taking my prerequisites and approaching a very tidious nursing program a year from now . I have a problem and that is, most of the times I can’t concentrate on my studies. One of the reason I have so many interest that I really need besides my studies. First is financial and economic matters specially dealing with Investments like the stock market, mutual funds etc. My plan is to have all the knowledge (doing self studies) that I can possibly have, and when I graduate nursing school and make some good money then I’m ready to plunge myself in our complex and dynamic financial world of Investing while I’m young and also in order to maximize the magic of “Compounding Interest”. I really believe that the earlier you start investing the greater the return of invest ments. So pretty much while working as a nurse I’m also a sophisticated investor. Second is I’m working as a call center agent answering questions regarding all the electronic technology stuffs. Everything about computer,gps,radio,HDTV,software,mp3,cam… so pretty much every consumer electronics in the market. I love technology & I’m also a pretty savvy one with this stuff and actually I NEED to be savvy to answer all my customer’s questions. I’m also an advanced magician but I slow down because I can’t really benefit from it financially. I believe that to be a real master in anything you have to take it seriously and pretty much like an obsession. I study many successful people and they have a common denominator and that is they are passionate on what they do, they’re doing it Morning, afternoon and night everyday. I’m doing this right now but I’m really having a had time balancing all the stuff. PLEASE HELP ME. i don’t want to fail my nursing studies. I will appreciate all your answers, thank you

Something called “Security Center” has managed to get on my computer. How do I remove it?

Something called “Security Center” has managed to get on my computer. It’s look-a-like Macafee type shield icon (red, green, blue yellow) and is also down on my bottom right task bar. I went to “add/ remove programs” and removed the program there, but I still have it.

A window, “security center alert” keeps popping which says: “To help protect your computer, windows firewall has blocked some features of this program. Do you want to block this suspicious software?” Of, course, I have not clicked “enable protection” and have been simply Xing out the window. But these messages are constant today. How do I get rid of this bogus program from my computer? I do have SpyBot Search and Destroy, which seems to keep my computer pretty clean. Perhaps my anti virus, etc program is expired?

Hope some folk may help me with this.

I’m so tempted to do something but i know its wrong, how can i fight this erge?

I live in silicon valley in california, one of the most expensive places to live, so money is always low for us. Well me and my friend have both moved out of your parents house and into our own apartments. We’re in our 20′s and in school. Anyways neither of us had money for furniture and we didnt want hand outs from our parents so we both got living room sets including big screen tv’s from rent a center. Each week my payment is $140, hers was about the same. her debit card was stolen, she got a new one but never told rent a center about it, they called her almost everyday for payment for about 3 months but have stopped calling its been about 8 months since she last paid. ive talked to other ppl and they said they have done the same and rent a center dosnt do anything about it. she’s checked her credit and nothin has been reported. now im so jealous and tempted to do the same, but just cant beleive that nothing happens. has anyone done this before.
I just dont get how rent a center can afford not to sue ppl, or report to the credit agencys or do anykind of follow up for non payment, they would be loosing out on hundreds or thousands of $$ from ppl keeping the furniture!!

Playstation home is like a Sims type of game for the ps3. you can talk to others walk around and create your own aparment. In your apartment you can design it with furniture paint your walls and even invite friends over! Most likely SONY will want to collect money in this process so there might me some downloadable furniture or extra apartment space or something.

People might be saying oh the PS3 SUCKS BECAUSE IT DOESNT HAVE ACHIEVEMENTS LIKE THE 360! well ps3 is releasing what they call trophys. You will have a trophy center where all your friends can view your great accomplishments you have made in games. One really cool thing that I really liked about HOME is that you can stream live media (music and video) Imagine you inviting your friend who really lives in say.. CHINA to your virtual aparment. You can pop in one of your real dvds and you can watch it together.

You can communicate with others in home by texting and a headset.
ps3 is amazing

sick of call center/customer service job, want something new!?

I have about 7 years of call center/customer service experience and I’m burnt out from it. I want to do something totally different that doesn’t involve customers or the phone. And all I get offered are these type of jobs. Anyone have any advice?
