Are call centers racist? Do they hire english speaking people at all?
I know this will get me a violation, but seriously….I’d love to call about something and speak to someone who speaks english well.
How do you feel about all customer sirvice call centers in India and other non English speaking countries.?
Most of the time I cannot understand a word they are saying so I hang up and find another way of fixing my problem. I also get irritated with the constant pushing of warranties and insurance. I can’t get a word in edgewise when they start reading off a card. Good Customer Service is a thing of the past.
