Ivan Calls Sprint

I have been getting calls from Sprint for the past 4 weeks. Every week I have been telling them, that they have the wrong number. However, the insist on calling me. As much as I love phone calls, they hang up within seconds (This makes me sad)….. Or not. Well I have Ivan contact Sprint to get to the bottom of this. To the higher ups of Sprint….. Please consider where you want you call center.

Sprint (Alorica Call Centers) is not paying promised bonuses and pay raises to employees. What can we do?

does anyone know where to find a list of the sprint call centers that are closing?

i am trying to find out if there is a list somewhere for the sprint call centers or their outsourced call centers that are closing.if anyone knows please let me know.thanks.

What is the interview process like for Sprint Call Centers?

I recently was contacted by a Sprint recruiter after applying for an account associate position within the Sprint Call center. I was moved to the next step which is an appointment at the call center. I received an email confirmation stating that this hiring process will take about 2hours. Does anyone know if they hire on the spot (do i have a chance of getting hired that day)? What are the assessments like (difficult)? I was told to be prepared for some assessments at my appointment? Anyone have any advice on this process?
