Shrewsbury Kenrick Plaza developer selected The Shrewsbury Board of Aldermen voted 5 to 1 Sept. 27 to select G.J. Grewe, Inc. as the preferred developer of the Kenrick Plaza redevelopment area at Trianon Parkway and Watson Road. Alderman Elmer Kauffmann voted against the proposal.
