Is the training bond for call centers true?

I just signed a contract to a certain company and told me that they have a training bond amounting to 50 thousand.. waht if i leave that company within that 6 mos? am i really obliged to pay?

On Thursday, July 14 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., at Lamar Dixon, Volunteer Ascension, along with Ascension Parish OHSEP and Volunteer Louisiana will provide Emergency Training to groups, individuals, businesses and industry leaders who are interested in serving as volunteers at the Ascension Parish Volunteer Reception Center at Lamar Dixon.
