URGENT help … Resume ..?
I need urgent help for the resume I just made.
I am applying for a call center job ( because of some free time and I want money ) .
I made a resume .
which has the following headers of contents :
Name
Address
contact number
e-mail address
Objective
Skills
Experience
Education
Computer Skills
Software language skills
I showed my resume to my friend who is working in call center for 5 years now .
He said that I should remove my “Objective” field as that is not required for a Fresher (me).
In the objective field I have written : Seeking a position as a customer representative that utilizes my analytic and communication skills .
my friend told this line is unpleasant as this is not at all required . However , objective field is the first field in most online sample resumes I have seen . So , should I keep it or delete it ?
please answer urgently ..

Getting Urgent Medical Care In Nassau County, New York
When you or someone you love comes down with a sudden illness or gets injured, you don’t want to have to scramble to find urgent medical care. Whether you live in Valley Stream or Lynbrook of Nassau County, New York, it’s important to know the location of your nearest urgent medical care facility. Perhaps it’s in Malverne or maybe it’s in Rockville Centre, or it could even be in Oceanside. Knowing the exact location, distance, and what type of care is offered will be a tremendous benefit when emergencies arise.
Urgent medical care centers are available to you if you have an urgent medical need at a time when your family physician is not available. This could be due to holidays, emergencies after hours, or heavy scheduling. Urgent care centers are also available for patients who don’t have a physician or don’t like waiting in for long periods of time at the emergency room.
Treatments Available in Urgent Medical Care Centers
There are many health conditions or needs that can be treated at an urgent medical care center. Urgent care centers offer labs on-site to patients who require blood work to determine their illness and the treatment they will need. On-site x-ray services are available to patients who are experiencing back pain, joint pain, or abdominal pain. X-ray service is also available for treatment of sports injuries such as sprains and fractures.
Service is provided for patients with cuts requiring suturing at urgent medical centers. Less severe illnesses, such as a persistent sore throat, ear or eye infections, cold and flu symptoms, skin rashes, urinary tract infections, and sinus problems can all be treated by an urgent care physician. Patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension can also receive treatment at the facility.
Exams and Screening
Different types of physical exams such as annual exams and Department of Transportation (DOT) exams for truck driving are also provided at urgent care centers.
Sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening is also available for both men and women. Cholesterol screening and diabetes testing is also offered by urgent medical care centers. Rapid diagnosis, which helps to determine the cause of the illness faster, is offered by many centers as well. This will help in treating the illness without delay.
About Urgent Care Centers
Urgent medical care centers are open seven days a week with convenient hours from morning to night for patients seeking emergency medical needs. Whether you are a local resident, tourist, or business traveler in Nassau County, New York and have an urgent need for prompt and professional medical attention, it is good to know the location of the closest urgent medical center.

How To Strengthen Your Immune System: Tips From A VA Urgent Care Center
Among increasing concerns surrounding the H1N1 virus, immune system health remains a top priority for the upcoming winter season. My Urgent Care, one of Virginiaâ??s leading walk in clinics, shares quick and easy tips for maintaining immune system health, during flu season and throughout the year. Please consult a physician prior to making any changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Go For a Jog, But Think Twice Before You Sprint
Studies have shown that consistent exercise can help to boost your immune system by improving the circulation of your immune system and helping to ward off stress. However, extreme levels of exercise can cause your body to release hormones that can cause a temporary weakening of your immune system. Consult with your physician about the exact level of exercise for your bodyâ??s best immune system defense.
Cook With Flavor
Fresh Garlic is known as a powerful antioxidant and has also been associated with the deterrence of cancer and heart attacks.  Many spicy foods, such as cayenne pepper and chilies, can help to defend against toxins that cause disease. Adding these types of foods to your dishes can help to improve your immune systemâ??s functioning.
Avoid Sleep Deprivation
Getting plenty of rest is important on both a proactive and reactive level. Proactively, our bodies release immune-boosting substance during the sleep cycle. Defensively, ensuring that your body is well-rested can help combat the negative effects of stress on your immune system.
Stay Hydrated
Water is vital for helping your body to deliver nutrients to its cells. Proper hydration helps to flush toxins out of your body and increases the strength of your immune system. Be sure to drink plenty of water (the exact amount needed varies from person to person) and avoid overuse of caffeine, which can lead to dehydration.
Relax With A Cup of Tea
Besides being an effective way to ward off stress, green tea also contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and other antioxidants that are known for their therapeutic, immune-boosting properties.
