What should you keep in your car in case of water submergion?
I’m taking defensive driving and there’s a video of a car being submerged and what to do in that situation. Then a lady comes on with this tiny little tool that you can break out of a window with. It sounded like she called it a center something… but the video isn’t clear. Does anyone know what she had? Thank you!
